FINE SILVER SAGE LEAF EARRINGS

These beautiful earrings are made from real sage leaves, which have an incredible texture and vein structure. The leaves are coated with many layers of fine silver and then kiln fired. The original leaf burns away in the kiln, leaving an exact replica in pure solid silver (99.9%). I've lightly oxidised the earrings to bring out the vein structure and have finished them with a 3mm sterling silver bead. The ear wires are sterling silver. The leaves measure 30mm (that is the length of the leaf itself, not including the ear wires).
