Postage, Packaging and Delivery All Artifex jewellery comes beautifully packaged in its own stylish box. At Artifex each piece of jewellery is individually hand crafted, so please allow up to 14 days for delivery, depending on the complexity of the piece. If you have any queries please contact us. Unless stated otherwise, all orders over £20 for delivery within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on the day following despatch. The cost of this service is £5.95. Items under £20 will be sent by recorded delivery at a cost of £2.50. International deliveries are sent by Airsure (delivery time is 5-14 days) at a cost of £6.95 for Europe and £8.95 for the rest of the world. This cost includes compensation of up to £500 for lost items. Please note that these delivery charges do not include possible import duty for your country. If in doubt, you should contact your customs office for further information. You will need to sign for all items on delivery. |
